1. Install the mobile app
a) On your smartphone or tablet, open the App Store or Google Play and search for Proactively. You will see the squirrel icon. Install the app on your device.
2. Log into the Proactively Mobile App
b) Enter your email address. It must be the same address that you email invitation was sent to.
c) Enter your password.
d) If you are linked to more than one organisation, you will be asked for the name of the Organisation you wish to link to. Most people will have only one organisation and the system knows which this is.
e) Press Login
Ready to go! Click on a report button and start sharing information
FAQ
My organisation name is not recognised
The Organisation Name can be found in your invitation email. You must type it exactly. It may have been made shorter for simplicity, for example Swiss Gold Trading Ag could have an Organisation Name of just Gold.
My email address is not recognised
You must use the same email address that has been used to set up your account. This will be the address that the email invitation was sent to. It is likely that this will be your company email address.
I have forgotten my password
Click the ‘Forgotten Password ?’ text on the login screen. This will send a link to your registered email address letting you set up a new password.
