Why can’t I see a form in the mobile App?

Ask a series of questions. You will probably need to see the person responsible for Proactively in your company who will have the correct permissions.

Is the mobile form published?

Permission needed: App design

1. Click App Design and select Forms
2. Scroll down to find the form you want to see
3. Ensure the dropdown on the right is set to ‘Published’

Has the form been given to the Team that needs it?

1. Click Admin and select Teams
2. Decide which team needs this form?  Select the team from the Teams list on the left. (eg. France)
3. Ensure that the form you want to see has been selected  
4. Save any changes

Are the people who need the Form members of the right Team?

1. Click Admin and select Users
2. Use the search bar to find the person you want to see the form
3. Click on their name to view data for that User
4. Make sure they are a Member of a Leader of a team that has uses the form
5. Save any changes
